RESEARCH ACTIVITIES WITH CORPORATIONS
- Allianz Agency Model Research - Nation Wide Perspective
The research project conducted after Allianz Indonesia’s decision in switching their HR structure into the Agency System. The main objectives are to explore the satisfaction & expectation of the Agents, to explore major obstacles faced by Agents, as well as to explore the expectation, satisfaction & loyalty of Allianz’s Customer.
The respondent is divided into three main categories, which are the Company (Allianz), Agents and Customers. In accordance with the respondent categories, the research objective is broken down into several smaller studies in order to help understanding each categories based on it relation with each other. The studies are included:
- Relationship between Agents and Allianz: measure the Agents perception on Allianz’s product, service quality and support to them.
- Exploration inside Agents: the Agent’s perception on their profession, the agency system, the reason they choose Allianz, the major obstacles that they faced within the Agency model and their expectations towards Allianz.
- Relationship between Agents and Customers: measure Customers satisfaction, relationship, as well as their satisfaction towards the Agents.
- Relationship between Customers and Allianz: measure the Customers perception on Allianz product, service quality, relationship, brand, as well as their satisfaction toward Allianz.
- Strategic study on Innovation
This Strategic study on Innovation was conducted in collaboration with PT. Astra International, Tbk. with a main purpose of measuring PT Astra International, Tbk subsidiaries’ innovation profiles. This translates to the chain of effectiveness of innovation and the company’s learning ability.
- Strategic study on Corporate Culture
Another strategic study that was undertaken with PT Astra International, Tbk. focuses on the subject of Corporate Culture. The objective of this research is to identify the company’s corporate culture profile, as this profiling converts to the effectiveness, persistency and readiness of the company in building its corporate culture.
- Corporate Governance in Indonesian SMEs
In partnership with HIPMI DKI Jaya, the purpose of this research is to analyze the level of awareness of SME entrepreneurs, who are also members of the HIPMI DKI Jaya organization, in the needs of practicing “Good Corporate Governance” in their respective business. Furthermore, this research also evaluates the practice of the existing “Good Corporate Governance” that have been implemented.
